Field Service Technician

What You’ll Do:

– Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is operational.

– Assemble and install systems and upgrade kits.

– Act as a Tetra Pak ambassador, fostering strong customer relationships.

– Complete reports promptly and adhere to safety regulations.

– Troubleshoot and provide expert advice to customers onsite and remotely.

– Continuously learn and master Tetra Pak equipment.

– Manage travel and expenses efficiently.

Who We’re Looking For:

– Graduates or diploma holders in mechatronics or electrical fields.

– Relevant experience in manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance, or service work, preferably in food packaging or processing.

– Knowledge of automation systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC, Rockwell RSLogix, etc.).

– Strong mechanical skills and excellent communication abilities.

– A customer-centric approach with a commitment to quality and safety.

– Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

– Below 40 years of age.
